General information

SIGNATURE PRESSING STACKER EQUIPPED WITH AN UPPER BUCKLE PLATE (TRADITIONAL TYPE)

It is an independent folding station equipped with a buckle plate and big rollers (Ø 7 cm) for a “softer” fold of the sheet. It is used for thin paper, including photographic paper.

Two pressing rollers press the sheet, evenly flattening the folding line, allowing a perfect packaging of the finished product.

It can work in line with Mini Bat Plus!

How it works

Thanks to its modular structure, our Metro 78/105 folder-gluer is a "platform" machine for the realization of specialized jobs, without the commitment and complexity of dedicated machinery. In other words, Metro grows with your jobs.

Its digital management system allows it to interface with the other elements and attachments of the system, and the product path can be controlled from the console.

Applications include presentation folders, multimedia packaging, a variety of envelopes, boxes, calendars, cases, and more.
